How long will my order take to arrive?

UK Deliveries

  • Evri Tracked Delivery (3–5 business days)
  • Royal Mail Tracked Delivery (2–3 business days)

Dispatch & Cut-off Times

  • Orders placed before 4pm (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same day.
  • Orders placed after 4pm, weekends, or bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
  • Delivery times may vary depending on delivery location and during busier periods.
  • All estimates are based on working days, which are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

How do I cancel or amend my order?

Once an order has been placed, we are unable to amend or cancel the order. We dispatch orders as quickly and efficiently as possible to ensure the best experience for our customers

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. You can also track your order at any time by logging into your OFFEND account and visiting your order history.
